Grilled Lamb Chops
« Reply #-1 on: February 13, 2018, 11:11:24 PM »
The Woman called this morning, after finding some really good looking lamb chops(think mini t-bone steak) at the store. She made a marinade of fresh rosemary & thyme, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, and soaked them in that all day. Fired up the 2-Star on GRILL, and seasoned the chops with S&P and grilled about 3-4 minutes per side to 130F internal. Served with sautéed asparagus and a glass of vino. Life is good!

AKJEFF--those look fabulous. We very seldom eat lamb, but that photo has my mouth watering! I think there are some lamb chops in our future at my house.

Thanks folks! We both agree they were the absolute best lamb dish we've eaten. Fork tender, and none of the "gaminess" that lamb can sometimes give. Delicious, and really easy to prepare.
