Cook-Air sausage kabobs and stuffed scallops
« Reply #-1 on: July 15, 2016, 03:26:10 PM »
Made some sausage kabobs on the Cook-Air. I went with DEFCON 2 so the veggies were not overcooked. They were pre-made from the store and quite good. I will make them again...

Those look GREAT! Were those cooked with lid on or off? Is the Cook-Air capable of lid-on mid temp cooks (350-450°). Love what I am seeing come from this lil guy :)

I like the stuffed scallops.  The kabobs look tasty, too.

Really neat idea on the kabobs!
