Trunkly made it to the patio
« Reply #-1 on: July 24, 2016, 03:06:01 PM »
I finally got my Cook air out of the trunk of my car, Her name is Trunkly :)

First cook was steak with Oakridge BBQ Santa Maria rub and Special Sour cream Horseradish sauce

Then Chicken Last Night with Oakridge BBQ Secret weapon rub

Here is some chicken cooked on the weber kettle with T's Savory chicken rub. Cooked indirect and got accolades for that cook.

Here's the cat on Mole watch, he aint doin a real good job but he's watchin......

WOW, Photobucket has gotten really bad with being slow and freezing up. It almost made this post non existent :)

That's the brother in laws socks, he is here from New Mexico Sparky and always cold (LMAO). I go bare foot cause I like the cold concrete on my Fred Flintstone feet :)

I also have to thank Tomcrete for his videos, Kind of been a go to for questions about this fan induced BBQ .

All the cooks were with peach wood, I need to get some Hickory and Apple....
