Our local market did it again for Christmas, and of course I took advantage with hope it would be good.

Looks pretty good. Two rib, 4.6#

Rub with OO, S&P, GP & OP. Into the smoker @ 185* until IT @ 128*

FTC for 1 1/2 hr and carve

Rare edge to edge, the way this family likes it. Yes it was a bargain, cut like butter, taste great with some hickory smoke.
