Fantastic Jason, that brisket looks incredible.
Liked the Morgan Freeman voice.
That KBQ did a great job, that smoke ring is incredible looking, I bet it tasted great also.  Nice & juicy.
It appears the KBQ is under your wooden stairs, I kept waiting on them to catch on fire!   :o
Nice brisket, pool game could use some practice though........... :D

Thanks Mike and Bob!

As for the KBQ under stairs, it's not normally there, I moved it there so I'd be able to put the camera on the table. No danger of it catching the stairs on fire :P

As for the pool game, yeah.....I am not any good at shooting pool, I never play on it except to pass the time here and there, same with that Japanese "slot machine".

The Morgan Freeman voice cracked me up when I first played it back. I don't so much sound like him but I have his inflection/cadence down pat, lol

I wish you could've seen the slicing of that brisket, the juices flowing when I picked up the sliced point, it was crazy. It REALLY upset me when I saw that I didn't record it but oh well. If the video feels rushed at the end, it was. I was was ready to get it over with, hahaha!

Anyhoo, glad y'all liked it!

RG, great video. You're a natural video editor. It told the story perfectly. The brisket looks very juicy and beautiful with a good smoke ring. That BBQ sandwich made me hungry. I like the credit check at the end.

Thanks again everyone. As for the Stooges, yeah, I like them :) I most times feel like a Stooge myself, like when I don't press the record button when slicing the brisket whilst making a brisket video, lol.
