Meatloaf has always been my favorite comfort food of all time and I cannot tell a lie - I order meatloaf every chance I get in restaurants but I must confess that none of those meatloaves hold a candle to the Cookinpellets.com Perfect Mix Smoked Meatloaf I fixed on my Green Mountain Grill (GMG) Davy Crockett last night.
An oven cooked meatloaf is OK but a smoked meatloaf topped with tomato sauce and served with corn on the cob, an SRG baked potato, sautéed mushrooms and smothered in brown gravy is divine.

I'm with you buddy. I order meatloaf at restaurants frequently. Yours looks really good. I need to make some soon

Right you are Mike but I wait till after I take the Money $Shot and then drown it with gravy or else you wouldn't be able to see the meatloaf ... 8)

I never order meatloaf at a restaurant because it is usually so heavy.
Yours looks like it has the perfect texture.
But I've gotta have mashed spuds with mine. :) :)

Nothing like a wood smoked meatloaf on a cool blustery evening to set everything right.............where are those cool blustery evenings?? ???
That plate of goodness is awesome............after the gravy deluge I bet it is even more awesome :thumbup:

I love meatloaf too and yours looks outstanding - great cook
