B T W, thank you for hosting this great forum.  Your vision and hard work, along with choosing the right moderators, etc. have made this one of the leading forums for outdoor cooking on the internet. I have learned a lot from these folks, but far more important are the FRIENDSHIPS I have developed through this experience.

I know that you are traveling right now, but at least try to get yourself a decent meal today. I also know that you have been having a little trouble getting a good meal on the road the last few days, but keep sending in those pics of the table scraps that you and Art have been enduring during your "elk" hunt road trip. Thanks everybody!
YOU ALL are what makes this place work so well. It has been my genuine joy to help us all have a place where "attitudes" are not welcome....but freindly disscussion of all things food related are.

I have not had internet service for a few days. Art has...and he has been posting a lot of stuff on FB....
I had a great birthday. I shot an elk at 220 yards...(in the head so as to not damage any of the meat) and picked up the meat from the processor this morning.
We are trying to get home. In OKC right now. Hope to be home Sunday. Will have lots of pictures to share then.
Anyone that wants to go hunting next year in Nov. or Dec. can contact me for info. Would love to have some LTBBQers go on this adventure.
Thank you all again for making LTBBQ iur mutual home on the internet for food...fun...and fellowship.
