Savannah Stoker in the Blaz'n Grid Iron.
« Reply #-1 on: June 16, 2016, 10:39:49 AM »
I was not happy as many with the smoke produce in the Blaz'n Grid Iron even with some improvement after returning/adjusting the Roanoke controller.  I do not want a smoker that I have to add smoke producing devices, such as the Amazen Tube Smoker to produce smoke at normal smoking temperature of 225 degrees.

Replaced the Roanoke controller with one of the Savannah Stoker Controllers I have and now the Grid Iron is a happy smoker.  I like to smoke meats at 215-225 and the Savannah Stoker produces a ongoing lovely blue smoker at that pit temperature.  The Savannah Stoker allows adjustment to a variety of parameters so uses are able run their pit the way they want.

Not always this much smoke but close and always a smoke with a lovely blue hue.

Man, you could almost confuse that sweet blue smoke for a clean burning stick-burner. NICE!!

A proper tuned Pellet Grill shroud operate like the clean burning stick-burner I used in days past. :)

The Savannah Stoker is the only controller available that allows a varied amount of user
adjustable parameters, to setup a pellet grill to smoke to user preference.

Ken I have been using stacks for many years and on all my pellet grills.
To me it provides a more stable air flow by mostly negating wind.

I get a ton of beautiful smoke from my MAK 1 Star, but not that purdy blue smoke like your getting.
