Pork Steaks and Smoked Buttered Corn on the Cob
« Reply #-1 on: May 08, 2017, 03:38:27 PM »
First soak corn in husks for 4 hours in salt water. Get grill to 250 and put corn on for 3-4 hours. Or until done. I lightly salt and pepper pork steaks and put on at 250 for 10 min a side. Your grill may be different.
For the butter I put 3-4 sticks in an clean coffee can or smaller. About 5 min after I put on steaks.
Butter melts and lightly smokes along with steaks. Pull and husk corn, dunk in butter, serve pork! Awesome!
