Great write up on cleanliness and food safety!! I like that magazine, signed up for a free digital copy thanks . I noticed a lot of ads for coolers in the magazine , I wish they still made the Gott cooler with the screw in ice pack in the lid, they were great.

My only problem with the mag is that they give you a 1,000 ways to spend more money :) :) But I find that here too :D

Nice piece.  I am the first to admit that I am not the best at food safety (not the worst either).  This is helpful.
