Ahron - that looks outstanding! Would it be possible for you to make a recipe for the marinade? At least some ratios? I have to make this!

Yes indeed!

This recipe is for one chicken cut to 6
For the first marinade
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
juice from 1/2 of lemon
marinade for one hour or more .
second marinade
1 cup hang yogurt
1 1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp mustard oil marinade for more then an hour .

you need a tandoori oven (or a pizza oven  ;) ) i think the SRG will do the trick ( high heat )

man oh man that looks good!!! being east indian i can appreciate the time it takes to make indian dishes but the results are overwhelmingly delicious.  nice job!!!!
