Hey Blake, welcome to the forum from all of us here in middle Georgia.

I started out with an infrared grill several years ago...didn't know a thing about charcoal or wood grills & smokers. After learning so much from these folks, I have 2 kettles and an offset Smoker that I like to use.

I'm gonna try to wait on a pelletizer until I get older and find it harder to tend the fire.

I am like you Jack. I enjoy tending the fire. When I get too to do thst I won't have any teeth to eat meat with anyway.
