This is what we had last Sunday, some babybacks , chicken and some bone marrow for dessert :) greetings from Mexico!

How did you cook the marrow?!
Hi, I put a little olive oil on top, chopped garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.

Thet cooked for about 40 minutes at 300C, until bubbling.
