If that logic is true then it follows that if you want a hard copy of the image, throw a sheet of blank paper at the screen, peel it off, and it will be downloaded

I tried that w/ my butt and it didn't work and I did it for 5 seconds.

Ok, I took a picture with my digital camera. It is now on my desktop.

If I try to drag the pic to the post I get nothing.

So I do a CTL=C of the pic and when I right click on my post the paste function is in ghost print and will not let me copy.

Help please

Help please 

Click the red Attachments and other options link when you are in a reply window and another set of options pops up.  Look for the Attach: section and click the Browse button you see there.  Navigate to the picture file on your desktop - select the file and click the Open button in the window.  Now your file name should appear next to the Browse button.  If you want to add more than one picture, click the more attachments link beneath the Browse button.

Complete your post with whatever you want to say and Post it - the picture should be embedded.

OK so am I missing something also? Is that not what we had before? Whats changed as I can't figure that out.

I may be confused too, but I did not think that the physical method used was different, but that the bandwidth and perhaps other services had been upgraded so the site could handle more without exceeding the data limits.

At least that was my impression - of course, I'm wrong lots of times

pz is right...We had been abusing the "only post hosted pics" rule as a group. Some folks did not understand or know the difference, and - that is o.k.

The point is, we want LTBBQ to be flexible and fit everyone's needs, and in an easy to use manner. Up-grading our hosting package seemed to be the only thing that made sense.
