I would have thought there would be a big ole pot of pintos, too!!  Beer does need to be in there someplace.

You forgot the bacon!   Agree on the beer--the colder the better in this hot country.   Not in Texas, but pretty durn close.   They call Eastern New Mexico "Little Texas."   Texans must think so too, cause we sure have a lot of them around, especially in our beautiful mountains!

I can't wait to see it!  Really, there are a lot of things that could be added to a food pyramid, at least as BBQ cooking goes.
