Only waxing I do is when I'm a little short on my monthly dues and Tee has a beach vacation to get ready for.

The cost and the time to do it right is not worth it.
Let it sit for a day, dry any moisture and vac seal it is a better option.
It will last for over a year in the fridge doing that.

What he said.

I have cheese I smoked in October of 2016 that is just as good (or better) than when I vacuum sealed it.

BTW, I'm having some of it tonight while I watch the NCAA game.  :D :D

Pretty much what I was thinking.   The time and cost isn't worth it if you already have a vacuum sealer.
