Spiralizer Butternut Squash Pasta
« Reply #-1 on: April 10, 2017, 06:11:06 PM »
Did a small Butternut squash for supper.

Spread out on parchment paper with s&p & Olive oil and in to the oven at 400 for about 12-15 minutes.

Topped with a light tomato sauce with sliced Italian sausage.

It's surprising how full you feel after a small meal like this. It would be hard to go back to regular pasta.

Very nice!, indeed!

And I know exactly what you mean about it being hard to go back to regular pasta.  I am truly enjoying the spiralized veggie pastas.

As you probably know, this squash is very hard.  I used my Veggetti Pro and it was not substantial enough to do the squash.  What Sprializer do you use?

It's even cheaper  from U.S. Amazon.
