Baby Backs and Sausage using the SnS
« Reply #-1 on: May 08, 2017, 07:04:19 PM »
Some of the best ribs I’ve done in a while. Kids were coming over and wanted some ribs and the SnS didn’t disappoint. Easy setup and it maintained a constant temp between 220 and 240. Sausage was added because I still had plenty of heat after 5 hours of low and slow.

I did a overnight brine, used Memphis dust rub, and the sauce was just some jar stuff. Took a rack to work that lasted about 10 seconds.

Memphis Dust was invented by Meathead of amazingribs.com. His recipe is here and originally included 1/4 cup of salt but I left it out because of the dry brine.
