Leg of Lamb using the SnS
« Reply #-1 on: May 15, 2017, 07:46:50 PM »
I wanted to give Leg of Lamb a try and decided to use the SnS, man am I glad I did.

Players

Fat trimmed off the leg

Spiced  and wrapped. I reused the net that was on the leg.

A couple hours later it got to an IT of about 135-140

Sliced and ready to eat

Gyro time. We used lettuce as wraps

After work today I sliced the leftovers and we started again

Even better the next day. Enjoy your bite.

SnS delivers again.

I'm sharing this with the Missus.  I'm pretty sure she's gonna want to make those wraps.  Nice cook!

Did you sear at the end?

I pulled between 135-140, it took a little over two hours and I added fuel as needed.
