Grilled Barramundi
« Reply #-1 on: June 25, 2017, 09:19:16 AM »
Bought some Barramundi  fillet's and thought I'd give them a try. It's marketed as Asian sea bass. At least to me did not taste a lot like Seabass but it was a very pleasant mild tasting whites  Fish. It was firm enough to easily grill on my Weber gas grill. The prices pretty reasonable I think it was about eight dollars a pound for boneless fillet's.
