Overnight dry brine and I used Meathead Memphis Dust Recipe

About 2 hours at 220 ish

Pulled before sauce


Pulled about 30 minutes after sauce set


My plate. My daugher and I ate a half rack while waiting on sides.

I like it, beautiful, but hold the sauce until later for me, and they look great the next day.
