But you know Kimmie would say it's RAW.    Reason I don't cook Prim Rib, she would ask me to burn it before she would eat it ??? ??? ???

We love prime rib at our house and I cook it on the pellet smoker then reverse sear on the gasser.  My D-I-L likes all beef cremated beyond recognition so after I slice it I go throw her end piece back on the gasser and the grill it like a steak to EXTRA well done (cremated).  We don't let that stop us from enjoying it  ;)
