Thanksgiving Pics

Just a couple pics from Turkey Day and then a couple days after when my aunt and uncle were over.

Turkey on Thanksgiving:

Ribeye Roast a couple days later:

Both came out better than I could have hoped.

Thanks guys!  A little extra detail:

For the turkey I coated it in melted butter then put Meat Church Deez Nuts rub on it.  Smoked to 165 in the breast using Stubbs bricks and a couple apple wood chunks.  For the roast I coated in olive oil and made a simple rub using salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.  Smoked with Kingsford and apple wood to 125, then reverse seared on the Weber gasser.  Unanimous feedback was both were a huge success!
