I have noticed that pork prices have increased about $0.80 per pound locally. Pork but was between $1.00 to $1.29 per pound. They were $1.98 last week and $1.78 at Sam's Club this past Wednesday. This is also true for ribs as well.

This probably will take full effect by August. Unfortunately, over the last five years everything has increased in price dramatically without any relief for the common household.

Hopefully, this will not last too long.

Maybe we should get together and establish a "pork bank" to get us through the crisis.

That explains why I am already seeing pork belly prices going up around here.
