So I have been seeing this bottle of Happy Ending rub in some of Sparkys posts and I am a sucker for a new BBQ rub so I Googled  "Happy Ending Rub" and that has taken on an all new meaning to me  ....Yuck.......

So in the spirit of a family friendly forum be careful when you search for this rub......it is from Big Poppa Smokers and you can get it from them...it is an in-house rub.

NO NO NO Sparky...post away!!!    I was just searching to check that rub out and found something disgusting instead. This forum is not brand specific!!! This way we can discover new rubs and sauces and stuff and keep our taste-buds on a constant adventure 

I just don't want someone to stumble upon the disgusting ^%%$#@ I ran across.

Hey Spark - regardless of my affiliation with a brand of rubs:

1. First and foremost - THIS forum is for US. All of US. Anyone that loves to cook - especially outdoors - but even indoors is great too! Any kind of cooking on any kind of equipment. ( ain't that great ? )

2. No one should feel that they are stepping on any toes by talking about products and name brands. That is the great part about being independent, and not beholding to any one company. I hope that we can recruit some sponsorship form companies int he industry that we support. Will take some time and more members to become interesting to them. ( SO - RECRUIT! )

3. If anyone ever has any questions - feel free to PM me. And - I want your suggestions on additional features BTW!

4 HAVE FUN - yeah...it's the ONE mandatory rule here!

I like Tee's rubs, I like Phil's rubs, and I am going to buy some from Big Pappas because someone like Sparky is using them.

Any BBQ forum that tries to censor it's members will push them away. I for one am glad to see a forum that is open to any cooker or product

i get the impression that ya'll don't like big poppa smokers.  i'm i missing something here.  i like the products just because they taste good.  i use what taste good to me and my family.  by no means i am pushing anyones products on anyone.  i like john henrys rubs too.  i plan on buying a 4 pack of T's rubs next weekend.  i pretty easy going.  i don't want to offend anybody.  i like it here.  everyones very mellow.  right up my ally.

I don't think anyone here has anything against the Big Poppa Smokers brand - or ANY other brand. I have not seen, heard or know of anything but good!

Anything you like - and want to tell us about - GREAT!

In fact Art ( ACW3 ) has told me how good they are - and I am going to order some from them to try myself!

Hey - we are all just cookin folks - and love to try new stuff. There is no hidden agenda here - I don't have time for that junk. You may experience that on some other forums...but NOT here.

We just all get a kick out of what we do - and like to share it. Nuthin' else. No "read between the lines" stuff. Just honestly having fun doing what we all like to do.

oh my god.  i am truely sorry.  i had no idea.  it was a whole bunch of smut.  my wife doesn't let me look at that stuff.  she says it give me ideas and i have a bad heart.  lol....
