Got delivery today of my PBC, a delayed Christmas gift from my dearest!  Hopefully I'll get this baby up to speed this weekend.

Congrats Gene!

Your air shutter did not come pre-set for your elevation?

They must be really busy!

Close Paul,1100 Classic.
Well Amber was right on the money, 3 weeks ago said it would ship first week of June.  Be patient my friend, it will be worth the wait. What was the old adage?
If it's not worth waiting for it's not worth having!
I do believe a pork butt may be in order for a 1st cook!

Yep, I was a little surprised when I saw it was loosey-goosey. No big deal, but it is great news that the wait for one of these is getting longer. Nice people, happy for their success!

Congrats!

That's the nice thing about Illinois...   We don't have an "elevation", per se.    ;)
