I think this is the first time I've used six hooks....chicken, beef ribs, and three potatoes.

Ok - in general, I have no problem with no pictures... I've had some great cooks and forgot the pictures or was too busy... BUT, how the heck do you hook the taters??????? ??? ::) ::) :D ;D

David - metal skewers, bend the end so the tater doesn't fall off, the hang the skewer from the hook.

I had never cooked beef ribs and have them on the menu for Father's Day. I figured a better practice first. They turned out very good. But, the two ribs closest to the charcoal were definitely a little too well done. I think I'll split the ribs in half tomorrow and use two hangers.
