whole fish on PBC?

Thanks for sharing this experiment with all of us. I was figuring to just use the grate and flip the fish once during the cook. When I don't feel like using the hooks I just set the meat on the cooking grate for a worry free cook and I get darn good results cause the cooking grate is in the "Sweet Spot" of the PBC........

Just my 2 cents worth, but if you would go to Wally World buy a few cheap cooking racks and make a basket I think you would have a winner.

I could easily cook the fish on the grate but there's no fun in taking the easy route. LOL!!

I Googled "BBQ fish Basket" spuds and posted a basket picture with a whole fish in it      ... got 2.900.000 hits.  There's a lot of baskets out there ...
