Brisket post-cook yield
« Reply #-1 on: July 02, 2014, 06:16:25 PM »
From perusing a few other forums on the web, it sounds like a typical yield of a cooked brisket is around 60% of the pre-cooked weight. Has anyone here checked this and what are your typical results? Has the yield from using the PBC varied much from cooking a brisket using other types of smokers?
