Grilled catfish & broccoli on the redhead
« Reply #-1 on: September 13, 2016, 06:40:04 PM »
Got some small fresh catfish filets & marinated with Italian dressing & Blake's B3 sauce. ( a friend makes it kinda like soy, worshshire & teriyaki with a little garlic thrown in )
Seasoned with my seafood seasoning & on the grill. The heavy cast iron grates sear well & are very non stick.
Took some broccoli drizzled olive oil & my seasoning & grilled on the grates.
Both were very tasty!

LA, that fish looks like it was grilled for the cover of Southern Comfort magazine. The broccoli looks amazing. That's a walk-off home run.

That looks really good..but I have never tried catfish..we call them junkfish up here and give them back..I prefer bluegill, perch or walleye, red snapper when I can get it.     .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
