Pork loin, red potatoes & boudin
« Reply #-1 on: October 26, 2017, 10:29:34 AM »
First time cooking a pork loin with red potatoes and boudin.  Potatoes took about an hour. I sprayed with olive oil and sprinkled some cajun seasoning. The pork loin was marinated then wrapped with bacon and took about 1:45 hours. The boudin was done in 30 minutes.

Where did you buy your boudin.

I normally get it from Billy's when I make a trip down to La, but I haven't been in a while. So I found a new brand that Wally World is now carrying, Big Easy Foods. They were ok, not near as good as Billy's though but worked in a pinch.
