Greetings, Since retiring, the little lady and I split our time between the NW and Mid-west.  We enjoy outdoor cooking, collecting and trying recipes.  I discovered this forum just yesterday while viewing a youtube video.  I am looking forward to joining in the discussion, thanks for having me.  Dave
