Probably a good idea.  The cheapest one on their site is a little over 4K.

this rig is half the length of the old smoker / trailer
he's tired of tending fire ;)

Awesome setup but are two smaller propane tanks going to be enough?

Everything on it is gas. All the burners and that torch burner that lights the wood!

If you have everything going I wonder how long it will run?

At least with two tanks you can change them out without interrupting the gas.
