Just got back home from the USA .
had a great time .
I met with Cliff , he invited me to a concert on the lawn of a great estate .( Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens )
guys if you think that Cliff is just a great cook you must see him on the drums wow he rocks (his kids are playing in the band too ) .
thanks Cliff it was a great afternoon .





just few words on BBQ restaurants in Memphis.
BAM1 put a post on the Memphis BBQ company . i decided to try it this time . it was one of my best BBQ joint so far .
i tried the
Germantown Commissary (it was bad )
Corky's Bar-B-Q (ok )
Interstate Barbecue ( the worst )
Tops Bar-B-Q (was good in millington )
i left few restaurants for next time .

For those who don't know, Stan Hywet Hall (pronounced hewette) was the home of F. A. Seiberling, the founder of Goodyear Tire & Rubber.  The grounds are absolutely beautiful and worth a visit if you're ever in this area.
