First Smoke On The MES 40"

Not raining and not freezing so its time to cold smoke some cheese.

This is what i got, going to split em up some.

No heat from the smoker and no ice.

My wife is on me to smoke some cheese, salt, and pepper.  How long will you smoke this cheese.  What types are the upper two on the left? Dee

Now that the weather is turning cold enough, it is definitely time to think about smoking some cheese.  I will have to start shopping different cheeses.  I'd love to have a variety of flavors when I am done.
