More from Tee in Tuscany
« Reply #-1 on: September 14, 2015, 09:10:46 PM »
A typical Tuscan breakfast.  Fiber supplement not required.

Dinner time, first course tonight:  Bresaola and fennel fronds an pecorino on bed of lettuce.

2nd course:  Caneloni…..infrickin' credible

3rd course:  Local grass fed beef rubbed with fresh parsley and onion puree. Grilled hot and fast to rare.....

Sides for beef:  Grated cabbage with lemon juice a a little salt. Local potatoes with lemon and rosemary

1str dessert...candied and an died fresh plums…  Picked today...with semi frozen creme fraisch

2nd dessert:  Fresh….just cut from the vineyard on the grounds- grapes. Sweeter than any I have ever tasted I kid you not!

This was interesting. It is made with artichokes. But it actually tastes pretty good and is supposed to be food for your liver.

Bon appetite everyone!
