Nice pie RG! Definitely a photogenic piece of work!
On a side note. We are moving in about 2 years and I probably still have a 2 year supply of pellets. Mrs H is concerned! Which has allowed me to float the idea of getting a Uuni2!  You know....to  help burn pellets. ;) Well she's all for it now. Peace may yet prevail! :D

Feel free to have her look here for proof that you both NEED the UUNI! :) As soon as she eats a pizza made on it, she'll be glad you bought it.
