Looks like great food.. but the usual foo-foo garnish and plating <lol>.

You can do the carrot weave on a mandoline.

How about a thread on how to do some of the pretty foo-foo stuff? Really - it would be fun to know, and some of us might get a kick out of doing that stuff for friends occasionally, or our wives for brownie points! ;) ;D

Great pics Art! Thanks for sharing. X2 on the airline charging for two seats after all that food, not sure I'd be out of the food induced coma in time to travel home!
