I want to ask that everyone that thinks they are coming to attend this event uses this thread to confirm your intent to attend. This is only to help us know how many to expect from this forum.
As well - if you spend time on any other outdoor cooking forums, will you please post an invitation thread for the FG on those sites? This is NOT an exclusive LTBBQ event. We want to make certain that folks that like to cook outdoors know that they are welcome. They do need to understand that the location where we hold the FG is owned by a church, and they don't want alcohol there....
It is a fantastic, beautiful location, nice facilities. You can rough camp, or sleep indoors in an air-conditioned bunkhouse. Or you can bring your travel trailer, or RV. Hookups available. There are a couple of cabins as well - tho you need to check with Col Dee ( deestafford) for space availability .
