Chicken Drummies, wings and shish kabobs

Started up the PBC for some chicken pieces & shish kabobs sprinkled with montreal seasoning. The store wanted an extra $1.50 for the ones they had sprinkled  :o I said I can do that too.









Holding temp around 300F for this cook


Just starting to get going

 Nice chicken. Love that Montreal spice. By the way I got 3 of those racks at Dollarama for $3 each. Great racks.
