Beef Rib Filet on the PBC
« Reply #-1 on: August 21, 2014, 10:22:38 PM »
I had previously cooked a pre-seasoned beef rib filet on my TBE, which had turned out to be very good. I thought I'd try one on the PBC on Sunday and try to add a little smoke flavor. It turned out even better on the PBC. It even cooked quicker than I anticipated. I didn't write anything down, but it seems like it took about 35-40 minutes.

I picked up the meat at Sam's Club. I know the package says something like Steakhouse Seasoning on the package. It was ~3 lbs and costs about $16, IIRC.

I'll definitely do it again. Even the leftovers that I took to work on Monday were getting rave reviews.
