Pork roast for Dinner and ribs to go

After practicing with chicken for a bit I've decided to give pork a try...the roast is for dinner tonight and we'll take the ribs tomorrow when we visit my son. More pics later on...

Here it is...the roast was juicy and fantastic...can't wait to dig into the ribs tomorrow. This PBC is incredible, it does an awesome job with everything.
