This has become a topic on some other forums. We do not want to make any comparisons between the products as "the management" of LTBBQ.

An "American success story" that we have been proud to recommend to anyone. as an example of quality people making a quality product.
So, the Admins and Moderators have discussed the issue pertaining to the below court filing, and concluded that we should let YOU the membership be aware of it. Rather than LTBBQ be a place for opining - we decided to include the court filing below for you to read if you wish.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not want to see threads on LTBBQ about this....We want to allow the court to settle this. Then - *IF* Noah and Amber want to make comments, they are welcome to do so. We want to respect the law in this and allow for due process, tho we may all have personal feelings in this matter.Lastly - we as a forum are user driven. We are not telling you that you can or cannot talk about other brands.
But until this is settled - please refrain from posting comparisons between the 2 participants in the above pending court case.We felt that pointing out this particular situation, and reminding all here that we do not want to become de-facto participants in a legal action.
