Want to make the BEST Easter Ham you and your family has ever had?! We got you covered. Check out this recipe for a Lipsmackin’ Good Easter Ham.
Step 1: Add Perfect Mix to your grill - set the temp to 225
Step 2: Remove excess moisture from your Sugar Cured Ham.
Step 3: Coat ham with honey Dijon Mustard (about a bottles worth) and lightly dust with Brown Sugar.
Step 4: Put the Ham on the 225 degree grill for about 2 hours.
Step 5: Take off the smoker, lay on foil, baste in Pineapple juice, wrap in foil
Step 6: Put ham back on grill for 1 hour at 225 degrees
Step 7: After 1 hour check internal temp. If it is 145 degrees it is done.
Step 8: Glaze time! Unwrap the foil but just a little bit. The foil will help hold the juices in. Sprinkle with more brown sugar until the ham is coated. Then spray (a spray bottle helps you to evenly disperse the juice) with pineapple juice.
Step 9: Put back on the grill for 1 hour at 225 degrees to allow the juice and sugar to glaze.
Step 10: After an hour check internal temp if it is 145 degrees you are DONE!
Step 11: Remove the ham and tent the foil. Let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
