First boat sailing today in the pool. Was going good until the wind stopped  :o

Why the pool you ask?

Because if there is a problem i can just go in and get it, in the lake i have to fend with the critters  ???

And in Florida they have some seriously scary (and BIG) "critters".....

Nice looking sailboat.  There are days I sometimes wish mine was that size.  Everything on a boat costs money (as in "B-ust O-ut A-nother T-housand").  Hell, right now my trailer needs about $800 just in tires.  Couple of hundred bucks just to fuel it, etc... it never ends.

Yup

Just like RV's, something always breaks. Brand new 5th wheel and the awning motor went out last week. Under warranty still and have a 10 extended. Have a hitch guy going to be out next week to give me a price on a rear 2" receiver, gotta be bolted and welded to the rear frame. Soon we have to think about a truck, Looked at a RAM 3500 plain jane for 42k. The 3500s can pull 30k.

On the gator pic, that a huge one. I took the grandkids to white city park where they seen gators in the wild. There are gators in every county in FL.
