Thick cut Pecanwood bacon coated with Super Pig and cooked in the oven low & slow, avocado, romaine lettuce, Roma tomatoes, and chipotle ranch sauce...









And yes I ate both :P

Not familiar with" super pig" I'm sure it some sort of seasoning, that's some of the best bacon I've ever seen!  :)

Good looking BLATs!  I didn't know eating both would have been a question!

**Bacon tip, if it starts frozen or semi frozen the bacon doesn't curl as much**
