No luck at this Wal-Mart as far as big sales. Will check the Fairhope store this afternoon.  They do have some marked down but nothing I need...
There is a Stainless 10/22 takedown here for $336.00 . Typically 10/22's are easy to get here.

I need a good short range scope for my 1894/44 since I cant see the end of the barrel anymore. Always shot it open sites but "ageing eye" has set in...

I'd get a 40 or 50 mm than so you won't have trouble seeing the crosshairs. Lol......

Did you ask them to scan what they had? Some places it's not red tagged but the clearance price shows at scanning or checkout.
I took a nice drive down to bayou country a while ago and saved over $75.00 on a Benjamin air rifle. .177 but it's a penetrator for sure.

Yes we scanned a couple.  The 10/22 breakdown is the only thing in this store I need. Fairhope will have a larger selection so I will check there on the way home.

I need 5"  in eye relief too....  :D

Went my local Wl-Mart...They explained to me that in certain states.... Wal-Mart is selling off ALL their guns and will no longer stock guns. South Carolina is one of those states for anyone in or traveling thru S.C...

I got me a Benjamin .177 Titan for over 50% off Friday. Just did a lil test firing and that thing is powerful! More than I need for now but I like that sucker yeah! I wish the Benjamin pistol was 50% off.

Midway had a flash sale in July (1 day only) and I picked up a Ruger Blackhawk Elite .177 with scope for $59.  Not that I need a pellet gun, but for $56, what the hell, why not. I have not owned a pellet gun since the 1960's. Pellets are dirt cheap too (even the good pellets are cheaper than .22LR).  Have yet to fire it, but we have a open range day at the office coming up and it will be fun plinking the steel plates with some of the gang from the office.  And we won't have to worry about resetting them like with the 9mm and .40S&W.

Gunny - we do not use any tactics to allow a member "partial privileges"... ALL of the functions are available to you, and your setting on your LTBBQ acct. are fine. You may need to refresh he page, and dump cookies from you browsing history. But - in either case, it will be an issue outside of the forum that is causing this - you have my word.

This is my most recent build:

Tikka T3 Lite in .300 Win Mag. in stainless
glassed and pillar bedded
trigger sear polished and tuned to 2lb. pull
titanium bolt handle and oversize carbon fiber bolt knob
blueprinted receiver and re-faced bolt. Squared up lug lock-up
muzzle brake for countering muzzle rise and recoil abatement
26" barrel cut to 24" to allow the muzzle brake - and not look like a flag pole ;D
Remington 700 style oversize recoil lug. head spacing fine tuned.
Custom carbon fiber  thumb hole stock from Manners. Adjustable check least and length of pull
Quick Disconnect sockets on off-bolt side and bottom of stock.
short picatinny rail insert into the bottom of stock fore end.
CDI bottom metal. 10 round magazine.
Optics: Vortex Viper 6-24 x 50mm H-59 style illuminated reticle.

Accurate and light. I have shot steel silhouettes out to 1000 yards with it so far. Want to increase that to 1760 yd. ( 1 mile ). This one will be going to hunt Elk with myself, ACW3 and Lost Arrow in November.
