Hub's Chuck Roast
« Reply #-1 on: January 22, 2017, 08:58:58 AM »
Made Hub's Chuck Roast last night.(http://www.letstalkbbq.com/index.php?topic=10531.0). It wasn't designed for The Big Easy, but it worked out fine with a few adjustments. I was apprehensive about the beer, but it made an awesome sauce! I did not have sandwiches, just ate it plain with some Hassleback Potatoes. Good eating in the neighborhood!

Glad you had a good time with it -- this is an easy recipe to adapt to your cooker and any preferences you have.  A chuck roast is one of those underrated treasures that will give you a lot of eating pleasure if you just take the time to let it get where it needs to be  ;D
