First time 26er with SNS XL
« Reply #-1 on: February 13, 2017, 06:30:23 PM »
My first run I figured go big or go home!
4 leg quarters. 3 ribeyes 1 1/4 thick and shiskabobs.
Decided to use foil instead of aluminum drip pan I made.
Results to follow.
