I'm working with a Weber Kettle and a PBC. I've been smokin for bout 20 years, but I love to learn new stuff.
I may be the only guy with a PBC on my block, so I show off a bit. It's been magic so far. The PBC is my newest baby. The Kettle I've had for years. To me,and many find this strange, but I love to sit near the PBC and listen to the fat drippings hit the wood.
I'm open to any PBC ideas, especially regarding winter use,and using lump coals (brands etc).
